Everyone submitting an application for a job will receive a reply even if he does not correspond to the profile of the post.
The recruiting psychologists and consultants must have the professional qualifications guaranteeing scientific objectivity and judicious prediction.
The recruiting psychologists and consultants have to bring up-to-date their knowledge so as to follow the progress realise in the field of applied psychology. They will strive to use the tests which fit the characteristics of the population.
Any technique or test which does not respect the private life of people and their dignity is banned.
All the precautions will be taken to avoid any detriment to the present situation of the candidate.
Any application is confidential and must never be communicated to the present employer of the candidate.
The recruiting psychologists and consultants will not accept any remuneration, present or bonus, whatever it is, from the candidate. No intervention on behalf of the candidate will be accepted.
In case the candidate is related to the psychologist (or recruiting consultants) or has bonds of friendship with him, the latter has to ask El Amouri Sélection management to replace him by another neutral expert.
Any candidate, who has been evaluated for a specific job, may ask to be informed about the test results and discuss them with help to place him in relation to the present professional world, and advise him to seek a situation which fits his abilities and personality. Advising the candidate may go beyond the context of the professional situation, if the psychologist thinks it necessary. This discussion may take place only when the employer has been informed about the selection report and announced his decision concerning the recruitment.
This code of deontology must necessarily be submitted to the employer as well as the applicant.
