Since the 70s, El Amouri Institute took the initiative to develop trainings of Human Factors in the aeronautical sector, intended for the navigators, for the body personnel and for the air-traffic controllers.
The international rules impose today a recurrent recycling of the staff in Human Factors and of CRM (Crew Resource management). El Amouri Institute was the pioneer and still the reference in the field of training in Human Factors in the aviation.
Since 1988, the Tunisian DGAC has confided us the organization of Pilots and of Commercial Navigating Staff (PNC) instructors’ trainings.
